*) NEW The registration fee covers coffee breaks, lunches (Aug. 29-31), welcome reception, and excursion with dinner.
*) For each PPPJ / JTRES paper, at least one author must be registered early (regular or student). Papers without an early registration will not be included in the proceedings.
*) Student registrants are required to show their valid student ID card at the conference registration desk in Lugano. People who registered as students but do not show their valid student ID card will have to pay the on-site registration fee (CHF 990.-).
*) Registration fees are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and have to be paid in Swiss Francs. The on-site registration fee has to be paid in cash.
*) Cancellations are possible until 10 Aug., 2016 and are subject to a CHF 100.- processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. Author registrations cannot be cancelled.
*) Extra tickets for the excursion and dinner will be sold at the registration desk for CHF 120.- (to be paid in cash in Swiss Francs).
The conference is run by the Università della Svizzera Italiana, Via Lambertenghi 10a, 6900 Lugano. For any disputes, the legal forum is in Lugano, Switzerland.
